Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and progress inspections of residential construction sites to verify materials, craftsmanship, and structural elements meet approved plans and applicable residential building codes
• Review blueprints, specifications, and permits before and during site visits to anticipate checkpoints and potential nonconformances
• Identify deficiencies, safety concerns, or deviations from standards and recommend practical corrective actions
• Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports that record findings, photos when needed, and follow-up status
• Communicate results and expectations promptly with contractors, project supervisors, and homeowners as appropriate
• Conduct final walkthroughs to confirm readiness for occupancy or close-out
• Maintain organized records that support auditability and project continuity across the Residential Construction Inspector (Contractor Role) caseload

Who We're Looking For
