Cardinal Health is hiring a Representative II for Customer Care Order Placement at our facility in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan. This is a full-time position ideal for customer-focused professionals who excel at handling orders, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting our healthcare distribution operations.

About the Role

As a Representative II in Customer Care Order Placement, you'll be the voice of Cardinal Health for customers placing orders and seeking support. You'll process orders accurately, answer customer questions about products and services, and ensure smooth transactions that keep healthcare providers supplied and operating efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Address customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and delivery status
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment teams to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow Cardinal Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Contribute to team goals and customer satisfaction metrics

Training and Schedule

New hires complete a comprehensive training program Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Following successful training completion, you'll participate in shift selection based on operational requirements. The post-training schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, plus Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. We require flexibility and openness to schedule assignments determined by business needs.
