About the Role

As Remedial Action Discipline Leader, you'll direct remediation strategy, project execution, and team performance across high-impact environmental restoration initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape cleanup methodologies, mentor technical professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance on large-scale remedial action projects serving industrial, commercial, and municipal clients throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage remedial action project teams through assessment, design, and implementation phases
• Oversee site characterization, environmental sampling, and data analysis to inform remediation strategies
• Develop and execute remedial action plans meeting federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Direct technical staff in remediation technology deployment, construction oversight, and quality assurance
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders to track project progress and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in remedial action best practices and discipline-specific methodologies
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities
• Prepare technical reports, remediation feasibility studies, and regulatory documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geology, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in remedial action, site remediation, or environmental cleanup projects
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities with proven team oversight experience
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, cleanup standards, and remediation technologies
• Excellent technical writing and client communication skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Phenix City and travel as needed
