Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improving reliability and reducing downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reliability planning initiatives.
• Evaluate equipment performance data to determine trends, root causes, and potential solutions.
• Maintain documentation for all reliability-related activities and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing or engineering environments. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Reliability Planner or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to influence at all levels of an organization.
