About the Role
As Relay Technician II, you'll perform specialized electrical relay testing, commissioning, and maintenance work across diverse industries—from data centers and utilities to renewable energy facilities, transit systems, and industrial operations. You'll work directly with complex electrical systems, ensure equipment meets acceptance standards, and support the reliability of critical infrastructure nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Execute electrical relay testing and commissioning procedures on protective relay systems and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and components
- Conduct acceptance testing to verify equipment performance and compliance with project specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical anomalies and document test results with precision
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout testing phases
- Maintain detailed records of all testing and maintenance work performed
- Adhere to industry safety standards and best practices in all field operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Relay Technician or in electrical testing and commissioning roles
- Strong technical knowledge of protective relay systems and electrical equipment
