About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Riverview Health Services in Tomahawk, you will deliver attentive, high-quality clinical care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. We are currently seeking nurses for several schedules, including part-time NOC (overnight) shifts with no weekends, full-time AM coverage, and part-time AM coverage. Wages are offered up to $48 per hour, depending on the position and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring resident responses and outcomes.
- Document care, observations, and changes in condition in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and the broader care team to support resident recovery and well-being.
- Guide and support nursing assistants and other staff during your assigned shift.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid in Wisconsin.
- Willingness to work the available shift options, including overnight (NOC) and AM schedules.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and accurate documentation skills.
- A team-oriented, resident-first approach and dependable attendance.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus.
