Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our cherished senior residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each resident's needs and medical history.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being and report any concerns to the nursing supervisor or administrator.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a registered nurse with a passion for geriatric care and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

• A current RN license in Colorado.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a senior living facility or hospital setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
