The Opportunity
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist (GRNA) for full-time employment in Fontana. This position offers the opportunity to administer general and regional anesthesia under the medical supervision of a physician Anesthesiologist, providing essential care for patients across various age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
Your Responsibilities
- Administering anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures as required by the patient's condition or medical needs.
- Assessing patients' health status before, during, and after anesthesia administration to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing anesthesia.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to patient care and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist (GRNA) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- Licensed as a Graduate Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
