About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center, PLLC. Our goal is to positively impact families dealing with autism while providing an empowering environment for our employees. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed psychologist
- Document all sessions and observations accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other professionals, including parents and educators, to ensure consistency in care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Who We're Looking For
- A registered or eligible candidate for certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and compassionate demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
