Position Summary

The American National Red Cross is seeking a dedicated Regional Philanthropy Officer to join our team in Crosby, Texas. As a full-time, on-site employee, you will play a crucial role in engaging and securing individual donor support for our mission-critical programs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors in your region.
• Build and maintain a network of key contacts within the community to enhance donor engagement and support.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to potential and existing donors.
• Maintain accurate records and databases to track donor interactions and contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse donor populations.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with individual donors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
