The Opportunity

Educational leadership is at the heart of our mission. As a Regional Director at Education in Motion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving educational strategies that inspire learners to Live Worldwise across multiple regions.

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional educational experiences
  • Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with global education goals
  • Collaborate closely with the global headquarters to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional schools and educational programs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in education
  • Identify and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student outcomes
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations to support educational initiatives

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of education, preferably at a senior leadership level
  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and driving positive change
  • Strong understanding of global educational trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of strategic planning and execution
