About This Position

Marble, based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. Our journey as a business and within developing people has been an exciting one. The last 20 years have seen the business develop into one of Australia's leading national suppliers of blue and white collar professionals to the construction & mining sectors across Australia.

We currently operate from six offices across Australia and New Zealand, employing over 60 highly talented, like-minded individuals. As a Recruitment Resourcer at Marble, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth by managing candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are up-to-date
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Valid driver's license as travel may be required for client meetings
