Position Summary
The BUSY Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating candidate databases regularly.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the HR field.
- A strong understanding of job market trends and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
