Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and shortlist resumes for potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience in recruitment or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
