Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our People team at Brewers Decorator Centres. This role will offer you the opportunity to contribute to the comprehensive recruitment support provided to our organization with a diverse and stimulating workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and communicate progress effectively
• Manage candidate databases and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Provide administrative support for recruitment events and activities

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with HR software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment

Working at Brewers Decorator Centres

This full-time position is based in central Eastbourne. You will be working 30 hours per week over either four or five days, Monday to Friday.
