Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit high-potential candidates for open positions at Chartis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in successful candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job board software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
