About the Role
As a Buyer Specialist, you'll serve as the dedicated advocate for purchasers navigating today's competitive real estate market. Your role combines relationship-building, market knowledge, and transaction management to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the buying journey. You'll work directly with clients from initial consultation through closing, coordinating all moving parts of their transaction while representing their interests with integrity.
What You'll Do
- Manage the buyer consultation process, understanding client needs, financing capacity, and timeline
- Arrange property showings and coordinate property tours with listing agents
- Provide market analysis, comparative pricing data, and strategic guidance on offer strategy
- Schedule and attend home inspections, appraisals, and other property assessments
- Coordinate the closing process, managing documentation, title services, and final walkthrough logistics
- Maintain detailed transaction records and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations
- Develop referral networks and cultivate long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Valid real estate license and good standing with your state licensing board
- Proven success as a real estate agent with buyer-focused experience
- Strong knowledge of local market conditions, neighborhoods, and comparable sales
