Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the mobilization and build of a new compounding unit. This is a full-time position based in Branston, Burton-On-Trent, with no remote work option available.

What You'll Do

In this critical role, you will be responsible for embedding quality standards from day one, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medicines to patients. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
• Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Maintaining documentation of all quality-related activities and findings
• Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant standards

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in a related field such as pharmaceutical sciences, quality management, or a similar discipline
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
