We are currently seeking a dedicated Preschool Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Golf, Florida. The role of the Preschool Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial as it involves monitoring activities at Head Start/Early Childhood programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Core Duties
- Conduct regular on-site visits to preschools and early childhood centers to assess program quality, staff performance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring plans that align with Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff to enhance the quality of services provided to children and families.
