About the Role
The QC Analyst supports both the Quality Control (QC) Lab and the Feed Lab by performing supplemental product testing and feed sample analysis to handle increased sample volumes. This role focuses on wet chemistry, general laboratory testing, and feed analysis while strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) guidelines to ensure accurate, reliable data and timely reporting.
What You'll Do
- Perform supplemental product testing and feed sample analysis in the QC Lab and Feed Lab.
- Conduct wet chemistry tests and general laboratory analyses.
- Analyze feed samples for quality assurance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines during all testing processes.
- Generate accurate, reliable data and provide timely reports on test results.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques and general laboratory testing procedures.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
