About This Position
UnitingCare is seeking a dedicated Program Analyst to join our team in Chermside. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and evaluation of the Time for Grandparents Program aimed at preventing elder abuse.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on best practices in elder abuse prevention
- Support the development and monitoring of program activities
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program outcomes
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in social work or related field
- A strong understanding of elder abuse prevention strategies
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Educational background in social work or a relevant field (Bachelor's degree required)
