Property Management Operations Manager

PURE HomeRiver is bringing on a full-time Property Management Operations Manager in Rancho Cordova to guide our residential real estate operations. This position centers on team leadership, project coordination, financial stewardship, and implementing improvements that strengthen both portfolio performance and customer relationships.

About This Position

As Property Management Operations Manager, you'll anchor operations for our residential real estate portfolio within the Property Management & Coordination department. Your remit spans team supervision, maintenance and renovation coordination, budget ownership, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution in a role that balances multiple priorities and requires both leadership presence and operational detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise property management team members to ensure consistent service delivery across properties
• Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvement projects, and vendor relationships
• Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets with attention to cost optimization
• Analyze operations and implement process improvements that increase efficiency
• Track key performance indicators and property-level metrics to drive ongoing refinement
• Maintain compliance with property management regulations and internal policies
