What This Role Involves

The Project Manager will oversee field operations for renovation and new construction projects. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet AWH quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance and schedules
• Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure financial targets are met
• Coordinate with suppliers and inspectors to maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and AWH policies
• Provide regular updates on project progress to management and clients

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or property operations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
