The Opportunity

Vault Roofing continues to expand into new territories and is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee residential roofing installations. This role involves hands-on leadership, managing crews, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project schedules. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in high-volume residential roofing projects and the ability to drive team performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage and lead field operations for residential roofing projects
• Evaluate and ensure crew compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and company policies
• Maintain open communication with the office team for project updates and support

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role in residential roofing
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate field crews
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality work standards
• Experience with project scheduling and management tools
• Familiarity with residential roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
