We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our growing and industry-leading organization in the construction sector. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels at analyzing project requirements, developing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope
- Develop detailed project budgets and financial forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and opportunities that could impact project costs and timelines
- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and management teams
What You Bring
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, concise recommendations
- Experienced in using estimating software and tools for project analysis and budgeting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Estimator or similar role within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
