Build the skills for this role

Prioritize nuclear/industrial project delivery, permitting literacy, vendor and EPC coordination, risk/schedule control, and clear executive reporting. Domain exposure to fuel-cycle or heavy-industry sites helps; formal certs are not required by the provided data.

  • Walk a greenfield site stand-up: phases, critical path, and go/no-go gates.
  • Discuss stakeholder management with community, regulators, and internal ops.
  • Explain how you’d track cost/schedule risk on a first-of-a-kind enrichment facility.
  • Show calm ownership under ambiguity at a 2024-founded startup.

Best fit for program managers who like physical-site delivery in complex, regulated environments—not pure software PM work. Los Angeles base with company activity tied to multi-site U.S. fuel mission.
