As a Production Associate at our Fontana facility, you'll work directly on our manufacturing production line during the day shift. Your responsibilities center on operating production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining the organized workflow that keeps our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production equipment and machinery
• Inspect products for quality defects and document results accurately
• Follow standardized work procedures and production specifications
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and production stations
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with material handling and supply management as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks with consistency
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
