Product Manager @ Social app startup

Join Cheez, a Santa Fe-based social app startup, as a Product Manager. This is a full-time role where you'll shape our product strategy alongside experienced engineers and designers with backgrounds from top technology companies. Work directly with our Founder/CEO to build the future of social photo-sharing in our Santa Fe headquarters.

About the Role

You'll own critical aspects of our product direction and execution, working at the intersection of user needs, technology, and business strategy. Your decisions will guide how friends connect and share moments through photos, powered by facial recognition technology. You'll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define what we build, why we build it, and how we know when we've succeeded.

What You'll Do

• Develop product strategy and roadmap grounded in user research and market insights
• Establish and track objectives and key results (OKRs) that align teams around shared outcomes
• Conduct user research, analyze engagement metrics, and translate findings into product direction
• Work with the Founder/CEO to define overall company vision and product priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope features, plan launches, and solve technical challenges
• Monitor user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, APM, or in a product strategy role at a tech or consumer app company
• Proven ability to conduct user research and convert insights into decisions
• Experience with OKRs, product roadmapping, or similar frameworks for goal-setting
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for social and photo-sharing products and how people connect
• Analytical mindset with comfort reading data and user signals
