About the Role

Danaher is building its next generation of product leaders. This internship provides direct exposure to product management disciplines, from market research and customer discovery to product roadmap development and launch execution. You'll work alongside seasoned product managers and cross-functional teams to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
• Gather customer insights through interviews and user research to identify product opportunities
• Support product roadmap development and prioritization of features and initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals and timelines
• Analyze product performance data and metrics to measure success and inform iterations
• Prepare presentations and documentation for product reviews and stakeholder communications
• Participate in product launch planning and execution activities

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated interest in product management or technology product development
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and across multiple functions
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
