Role Overview
We're seeking a Product Design Lead to join our team as we build out new banking, payments, wealth, and asset management businesses across multiple brands. This role will be pivotal in driving product design for each business while also defining the connective tissue between them. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are not only excellent within their divisions but also seamlessly integrated into our overall ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive product design across multiple businesses, ensuring alignment with market needs and user experience principles.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to define and prioritize product features that will win their markets.
- Define the connective tissue between different divisions of AngelList to ensure a cohesive user experience for our customers.
- Iterate on existing products and develop new ones based on market research and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
