What You'll Do

• Support the assembly, testing, and calibration of semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment
• Execute manufacturing processes according to established procedures and quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with engineering teams on solutions
• Document work activities, test results, and equipment performance data
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safety and operational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in engineering or technical field preferred
• Technical aptitude with hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or testing environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
• Problem-solving skills and ability to learn new equipment and systems quickly
• Clear communication and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical systems is a plus
• Reliability and commitment to workplace safety standards
