About the Role

As Manager II, Clinical Quality Assurance at Tarsanet, you will own the design and execution of quality assurance programs that uphold clinical standards and ensure regulatory compliance. In this leadership position, you'll oversee quality initiatives, manage a dedicated team, and collaborate across departments to deliver measurable improvements in clinical operations and patient care outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a clinical quality assurance team with accountability for performance and professional development
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs, standards, and monitoring protocols
• Conduct clinical audits and process assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Ensure organizational compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
• Investigate quality incidents and clinical concerns through root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics and performance data to leadership stakeholders
• Design and deliver training on quality assurance practices, compliance, and clinical standards
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to implement quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, clinical science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in clinical quality assurance or healthcare quality management
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality standards, regulatory frameworks, and accreditation standards
• Demonstrated ability to analyze quality data and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
• Proven leadership and change management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a patient-first mindset
