About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead competitive cost analysis and develop price-to-win estimates for strategically important and highly visible proposal submissions
• Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to build comprehensive competitive pricing frameworks and strategies
• Create and analyze scoring sensitivity models to assess proposal strength and competitive positioning
• Evaluate competitor behaviors and market dynamics to inform strategic pricing recommendations
• Identify pricing risks across proposal portfolios and develop mitigation strategies
• Analyze solicitation requirements and translate them into actionable pricing parameters and cost estimates
• Support proposal teams with financial modeling and resource-based cost justifications aligned to strategic objectives
• Mentor junior team members on pricing methodology and competitive analysis best practices
