Role Overview

Rustica Hardware is seeking to add an experienced and highly-motivated powder coating specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring that metal products are coated to a high standard, identifying, picking, and returning powder boxes correctly according to the work schedule, and providing cleaning and maintenance to the powder coating spray booth and conveyor line.

What You'll Do

• Apply powder coatings to metal products with precision and consistency
• Identify and select appropriate powder boxes for each job
• Return used powder boxes correctly after use
• Maintain cleanliness in the spray booth and conveyor line areas
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols during all tasks

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in powder coating or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and management
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment maintenance
