Position Summary

The Process Control Technician (PCT Tech) is an entry-level role within our Polymerization department. This position develops associates' understanding of the entire Polymerization process and provides them with opportunities to learn about all different areas in the department.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and control polymerization processes using advanced technology and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of process control systems
• Document all activities and data accurately for record-keeping purposes
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving issues related to the Polymerization process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory
• Familiarity with polymerization processes and equipment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating 12-hour shifts
