Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant licensure valid for practice in Maryland
• Working knowledge of exercise principles, proper body mechanics, and common rehabilitation procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with patient transfers and positioning as needed
• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and scheduling systems
