Position Summary

Working onsite across CT - Connecticut locations, this therapist collaborates with care teams to achieve measurable functional goals while maintaining clear documentation and patient-centered communication every day.

Core Duties

• Conduct thorough original evaluations of patient range of motion, strength, balance, and functional status to establish baseline measures.
• Design and implement progressive treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities suited to each patient’s needs.
• Reassess progress at regular intervals, modify plans as outcomes evolve, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for seamless continuum of care.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in Connecticut.
