Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist - Travel Contract for a full‑time assignment in Goldsby, McClain County.

This role lets licensed therapists provide rehabilitative care to patients while experiencing different clinical settings across the region.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist undertaking travel assignments, you will deliver individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional independence for patients recovering from injury or managing long‑term conditions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop evidence‑based therapy programs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modality applications to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust interventions to meet recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise strategies and injury prevention.
• Adapt quickly to new facility policies, equipment, and team dynamics while maintaining high clinical standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical foundations are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patient groups.
• Ability to work independently, manage caseloads efficiently, and thrive in fast‑changing environments.
• Commitment to continuing education and adherence to professional ethical guidelines.
