About the Role

As our Personal Injury Case Manager, you'll be the backbone of our case operations, handling day-to-day client interactions, documentation, and matter coordination. You'll work in-person at our Irvine office, developing expertise across our personal injury caseload while building strong relationships with clients and legal team members. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a plaintiff-focused practice where your organizational skills and client-first mindset directly impact outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage case files and intake processes from initial client consultation through case resolution
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns
• Coordinate medical records, discovery documents, and evidence gathering with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with filing deadlines
• Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• Support attorneys with case preparation, settlement negotiations, and trial readiness
• Track case timelines, statute of limitations, and other critical dates

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of case management experience in personal injury law
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive client information
• High school diploma or equivalent (paralegal certification or higher education preferred)
