Role Overview
Medcall, a leading healthcare staffing agency in Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui, is seeking a dedicated and flexible Caregiver to join our team on a Permanent Guaranteed Hours Contract. This role offers a minimum of 32 hours per week with the flexibility to work various shift types and locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes or community settings
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Support medication management and adherence to medical instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the supervising team
Who We're Looking For

- Experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not mandatory
