This role involves working as part of a team to create the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. The duties are varied and focus on providing personal care and assistance to residents' daily lives.

• Delivering meals and assisting with mealtimes
• Aiding with hygiene, such as showering and grooming
• Assisting with dressing and mobility needs
• Supporting medication management and health monitoring
• Engaging in social activities to enhance residents' well-being

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering meals, assisting with personal hygiene routines, helping with daily living tasks, and engaging in social activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred but not required
• A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both residents and staff
• Basic first aid knowledge is beneficial, though on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
