Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & AP Specialist to join our team. This role will support day-to-day accounting and payroll functions with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for employees
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit required tax forms and reports
• Support other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or payroll
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with payroll processing systems and software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
