About the Role

This foundational entry-level position is your gateway to a career in pension plan administration. You'll complete a structured 12-month training program, working closely with experienced team members who mentor you through hands-on learning. During this period, you'll build proficiency in pension plan provisions, our participant database systems, and the service procedures that help us serve our members effectively.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls addressing questions about plan benefits, account balances, and retirement options
• Process routine service requests using established procedures and company systems
• Look up participant information and plan details to provide accurate, timely responses
• Document all interactions clearly and maintain accurate records in our service platforms
• Refer complex inquiries to senior representatives and supervisors for resolution
• Follow compliance standards and service quality guidelines in all member interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
