Production II

Join SanMar in Avondale, AZ as a Production II team member on a full-time basis, working in a busy distribution center where you'll directly support the fulfillment operations serving major brands like Nike, The North Face, and Brooks Brothers.

Position Summary

As a Production II associate at our Avondale warehouse, you'll take on a range of essential logistics tasks that keep orders moving and customers satisfied. Your role spans order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality assurance—all critical functions in a fast-moving distribution environment. You'll work the 9:00 AM–5:30 PM shift and earn $16.50 per hour while developing warehouse expertise in one of the industry's leading apparel and accessories companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Select merchandise from warehouse locations with precision and place into cartons or totes according to hand-scanner instructions
• Place inventory into proper storage positions across the facility
• Inspect and verify customer shipments for correctness and regulatory compliance before sealing and routing to invoicing and shipping
• Operate scanning technology and voice-directed picking systems
• Collect and return company equipment in working condition
• Maintain output standards and accuracy targets while meeting scheduled delivery windows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1–3 years of warehouse or related logistics experience
• Ability to read, write, and visually distinguish colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU numbers
• Competency in basic math, counting, and quantity verification
• Capacity to receive and execute directions while adapting to changing priorities
• Comfort working under pressure with tight deadlines and high order volumes
• Aptitude for both self-directed and collaborative work
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Willingness to work additional shifts or overtime as business demands require
