Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for the Harvest Crossing community in Jackson, Ohio.

This position supports the leasing team at Harvest Crossing Apartments by engaging prospective residents, guiding them through the apartment‑search process, and helping to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for current tenants. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and contributing to a positive residential experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors to the leasing office and conduct informative property tours.
• Assist prospects with application completion, credit checks, and lease documentation.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture interest and move prospects toward signing.
• Maintain accurate resident and lease records in the property management system.
• Coordinate move‑in activities, including key distribution and orientation.
• Support resident retention efforts by addressing inquiries and coordinating with maintenance when needed.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media posts, flyer distribution, and community events.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units remain clean, organized, and presentation‑ready.
