What This Role Involves

We are seeking a part-time Charter Driver to join our Whakatāne/Kawerau team. As a Charter Driver at Ritchies Transport, you will be responsible for transporting passengers in a safe and friendly manner, ensuring all trips are conducted efficiently and with the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting passengers to various destinations within Whakatāne/Kawerau on a part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle for all passengers
• Ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction
• Keeping accurate records of trips and any relevant information as required by the company

Skills & Qualifications

• Holding a Class 2 licence with a passenger endorsement
• A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service
• A friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with passengers
• A willingness to adapt to different environments and situations
