Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous overnight supervision and coordination at residential locations throughout Langford, BC
• Float between different residences according to the shift roster to deliver seamless coverage
• Monitor the safety, well-being and common areas of residents during overnight hours
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, medical needs or behavioural situations that arise after hours
• Complete accurate shift documentation, incident notes and daily logs for the incoming day team
• Conduct brief, thorough handovers with day staff so continuity of care is maintained
