Online Client Care CSR Representative – Remote

As an Online Client Care CSR Representative at AIL, you'll deliver trusted member support nationwide in this full-time remote role. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, AIL serves veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families with expert insurance and supplemental benefits guidance.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be the trusted voice members reach when they need guidance on coverage, have questions about benefits, or want to explore supplemental protection for their loved ones. Working entirely online, you'll manage member inquiries, resolve account issues, and provide expert support—all from the flexibility of a remote setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional, empathetic communication
• Answer questions about life insurance policies, supplemental benefits, and coverage options
• Process member requests, policy updates, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently
• Guide members through enrollment, policy changes, and claim-related information
• Document all interactions to maintain detailed member records and service history
• Identify member needs and connect them with appropriate products or resources
• Resolve concerns and complaints in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple member inquiries and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Comfort with computer systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
• Genuine interest in providing quality member support and service
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required for remote work
