OneStream Programmer

Redwoodstrategygroup offers a full-time OneStream Programmer position in Tampa, Florida. This on-site opportunity centers on technical platform work that advances resource management capabilities for USSOCOM.

Position Summary

As the OneStream Programmer at Redwoodstrategygroup in Tampa, Florida, you will act as a senior technical contributor who configures, builds, integrates, and maintains the OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. Your efforts support the USSOCOM Resource Management System and its OneStream Planning and Analytics components so the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution mission can run effectively. You will join an Agile development group that works with solution architects, business analysts, database engineers, and functional partners to craft scalable financial management tools that retire legacy systems and strengthen enterprise planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytics. Active clearance is required for this full-time Tampa role.

Your Responsibilities

• Configure and adapt the OneStream platform so it aligns with PPBE business processes.
• Create and sustain business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, forms, and financial models inside OneStream.
• Design, build, and tune Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines.
• Assist conversion of legacy Oracle data into the modernized SOCRMS environment.
• Partner with architects and analysts to turn business needs into practical technical designs.
• Develop and care for interfaces linking OneStream to external systems, including master data management tools.
• Identify application defects and apply effective fixes.
• Join Agile ceremonies that cover sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Prepare technical documents, configuration guides, and deployment materials.
• Contribute to system testing, user acceptance testing, production releases, and post-release assistance.
• Support performance optimization and ongoing process refinements.
• Share knowledge and supply technical direction to junior developers.
• Keep every development activity aligned with DoD cybersecurity, configuration management, and software standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Active security clearance required for the OneStream Programmer role near Tampa, Florida.
• Hands-on strength configuring and customizing OneStream CPM platforms.
• Solid command of Microsoft SQL Server design, stored procedures, and ETL development.
• Experience producing financial models, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows in OneStream.
• Background collaborating inside Agile teams and converting requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity supporting Oracle-to-modern environment migrations and external system interfaces.
• Working knowledge of DoD cybersecurity, configuration management, and software development standards.
• Ability to diagnose platform issues, document solutions, and guide less experienced developers.
• Comfort contributing to testing, deployments, and continuous performance improvements for large financial systems.
