Role Overview

The On Site Property Manager will oversee a multi-site portfolio based in St Paul, Minnesota. This is an on-site position with a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Core Duties

• Oversee and manage multiple properties ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Handle day-to-day operations including maintenance requests, tenant relations, and lease administration.
• Ensure all properties are maintained in a safe and clean environment for tenants and visitors.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of property improvements and repairs.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within a multi-site portfolio setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

At Level 10 Management LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - 70,000/year, commensurate with experience.
